At Therapeia Psychiatry and Counseling PLLC, access to patient records is important to us. That's why registered patients have access to their medical records via Osmind, the electronic health record used at Therapeia. Through the patient portal, registered and current patient will be able to access and review visit summaries, lab results, and manage other necessary aspects of care.
Patients are able to access information related to their visits easily via the Osmind app. However, for those who do not wish to download the app or may not be able to do so on their current device, this information can be accessed via the web at https://app.osmind.org/start
